I am trying to exercise more but now my back is stiff so it will have to wait. Why is it that just when you get motivated something slows you down?

New Years Reso Update
Not sure just how healthy this is and it sure didn\'t taste good. But i exercised yesterday and have been eating a bit better, so hopefully I\'ll start to see some results...
